When interacting with this site we may ask for certain personal information (eg your name, e-mail address, etc) that you supply. All of that information is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and your details are entered into Graphic Design Festival Scotlands’ database for general administration purposes. We have security policies in place to protect the personal data that we hold about you. By submitting personal information to Graphic Design Festival Scotland, you shall be deemed to have authorized us to release it to all or any of the other organisations with whom we deal. Save for those we are required to make disclosure by law or regulation, we will not pass your details to anyone else outside Graphic Design Festival Scotland without your permission. We do, however, reserve our right under the data protection legislation to charge a fee for doing so. Data is collected and stored securely by Graphic Design Festival Scotland, WordPress and Mail Chimp.

– To provide you with information about Graphic Design Festival Scotland and any related projects, campaigns, competitions or opportunities

– To process and consider your work for submission
