All of that information is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and your details are entered into Graphic Design Festival Scotlands’ database for general administration purposes. We have security policies in place to protect the personal data that we hold about you.
By submitting personal information to Graphic Design Festival Scotland, you shall be deemed to have authorized us to release it to all or any of the other organisations with whom we deal. Save for those we are required to make disclosure by law or regulation, we will not pass your details to anyone else outside Graphic Design Festival Scotland without your permission. If you ask us to do so in writing, we will provide you with a copy of your personal information which we have collected through this website. We do, however, reserve our right under the data protection legislation to charge a fee for doing so.
